Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026. This policy explains what data Revive collects, why, and the choices available to you.

1. Who we are

Revive ("we", "us") provides AI-assisted email marketing software for healthcare and wellness practices ("Clinics"). Clinics are the controllers of their patient data; Revive processes that data on their behalf and under their instructions.

We use data to operate the service: generating personalized emails, sending them through our email infrastructure partner, tracking engagement, and showing Clinics their results. We do not sell personal data. We do not use patient data to train AI models.

4. AI processing

Email content is generated using large language model APIs. Only the minimum fields needed for personalization are sent for generation, and outputs are stored in the Clinic's account for their review and records.

5. Consent and unsubscribes

Clinics are responsible for obtaining marketing consent from their patients. Revive tracks consent status, excludes patients without confirmed consent by default, and processes unsubscribe requests automatically and permanently.

6. Data retention and deletion

Patient records archived by a Clinic remain counted and stored for 30 days for billing integrity, then are eligible for permanent deletion on request. Clinics may request full export or deletion of their data at any time.

7. Security

Data is protected with encrypted transport, hashed credentials, access controls and least-privilege processing. No method of storage is perfectly secure, and we work continuously to protect the data entrusted to us.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data. Patients should direct requests to their Clinic; we support Clinics in fulfilling them. You can also reach us via the contact page or email hello@ninexrevive.com.
